Face-to-face contact
Unfortunately it is not possible to visit all these offices in person. Bootle, Leeds, Midlands and Wales DCS offices have caller facilities. You can talk to a DWP adviser at either your local Jobcentre Plus or social security office.
You can also contact The Pension Service (Directgov) which provides a face-to-face service to customers in convenient locations. This service is delivered through Local Service Information Points.
