PDCS Advisory Forum
The Pension, Disability and Carers Service Advisory Forum is made up of 21 national voluntary and community organisations who represent a broad range of PDCS customers, including older customers, disabled customers of all ages and carers.
The forum looks at how modernisation plans will affect older people, disabled people of all ages and carers. It provides advice and guidance on this to the Pension, Disability and Carers Service and to the Department for Work and Pensions.
The forum provides an effective way of consulting with customer groups - as well as enabling customer groups to raise issues, provide input and obtain feedback. It meets every three months.
