Customer satisfaction survey

A research report published in July 2006 presents findings of a survey of customers' experiences of, attitudes towards and satisfaction with CRU. The research was conducted with current insurance companies and compensators, concentrating on the service they had received from CRU in 2005. The aim of the research was to assess CRUs performance and to act on the findings to improve delivery of the service.
