- Attendance Allowance, or
- Disability Living Allowance (at the middle or highest rate for personal care), or
- Constant Attendance Allowance (at or above the normal maximum rate with
an Industrial Injuries Disablement Benefit, or basic (full day) rate with
a War Disablement Pension) –
