Eligible Loan Deductions Scheme

The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) provides a service for the recovery of loans on behalf of lenders approved under the Eligible Loan Deductions Scheme.

The service is provided to approved lenders for loans awarded after the lender has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with DWP. The lender application and loan recovery process is administered by DWP Debt Centre Washington, Tyne and Wear.
