Workplace Pension Reforms - Information for stakeholders

The Enabling Retirement Savings Programme is responsible for delivering the workplace pension reforms in the Pensions Act 2008 including, from 2012:

The first batch of draft regulations underpinning the employer duty were published on 12 March 2009. These cover the practical arrangements for employers.
